HOSTING AND SERVER DATA

This website is built with Framer and hosted by Framer B.V., Rozengracht 207B, 1016 LZ Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Framer processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. When you visit the website, your browser transmits technical data such as your IP address, the date and time, the requested page, and your browser and operating system. We need this data to deliver and secure the website. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in a functioning and secure website.

ANALYTICS

We use Framer Analytics to see how many people visit the website and which pages they view. According to Framer, it does not use cookies and does not store persistent identifiers on your device. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in understanding and improving our website.

COOKIES AND THIRD PARTIES

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We do not load fonts, scripts or content from third party servers other than our hosting provider Framer.

CONTACT FORM AND PROJECT ENQUIRY

If you use the contact form or the project enquiry form, we process the data you enter, such as your name, email address, company or brand name, and your message or answers. The submission is delivered by email to info@unhide.studio through Framer's form service. We use the data only to answer your enquiry and to prepare a possible collaboration. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for steps before entering a contract, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. We keep your enquiry as long as needed to handle it. If it leads to a contract, we keep the relevant data for the retention periods required by German commercial and tax law.

EMAIL

Emails sent to info@unhide.studio are processed by our email provider Google (Google Workspace) under a data processing agreement.

TRANSFERS OUTSIDE THE EU

Framer and Google may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, it relies on an adequacy decision such as the EU US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses.

YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to access, correction, deletion and restriction of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Articles 15 to 21 GDPR). To use these rights, write to info@unhide.studio. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
